Harsh. It's low mileage with full service history and a fresh MOT.
Call me a pessimist but:
Low mileage - Short journeys, lots of start stop driving, could have been stood for extended periods which causes the car to deteriorate faster in my experience
Full Service history - you can buy stamped service books on ebay. not suggesting that this is what has happened here but a book full of service stamps tells me that the car is a (looked after) appliance. I would hope to see loads of receipts for it to be worth it.
Fresh MOT - The biggest con of them all. I have seen some seriously unroadworthy cars with new MOT's. My Sisters new (to her) punto had a 2inch wide scrape accross her vision line on her windscreen making it impossible to see through especially when sunny. My mums new (to her) Land rover discovery with such seriously worn front wishbone bushes you could move the arms by hand and would cause her to nearly lose control when she hit a bump. My GTV with a split subframe, non working brakes, knackered droplinks and a worn wishbone bush. All these cars bought with a full years MOT, in the last 12 months and all these points should have been fails.
Alfa GT 3.2 V6 - Quaife diff, Wizard SS manifolds, Scorpion SS downpipes, Scorption GTA catback, Bilstein b4 Dampers, braided brake lines, MTEC drilled disks, Red Stuff pads.
