Hi there was thinking of buying a 2002 156 t/s veloce swagon selespeed just wondered what it is like and wondered if anyone has one just looking for good and bad points

I'm not an expert in them but since buying a broken selespeed for spares I'd say if you're going for a selespeed make sure you take it on a really long test drive and check all the gear changes thoroughly. Because some days you could drive the one I got on a short trip and not notice it has a problem with the gear change and other times it just locks up.
Not trying to put you off at all, seem great cars, but just make sure you test it out properly.
personally I would look for a manual and not take the risk of getting a selespeed.
