good news about the new position Andy - but bad news that the GTV will have to go hopefully you will be replacing it with ANOTHER Alfa as you and the family would be missed at the breakfast runs

I'd be very interested but just bought a house so I've no money. Unless you want to buy my 147, lol.

The GTV might be getting traded in. So if anyone wants to take it off of me for 2500 then feel free to get in touch.

Car is Silver with red leather and carpets, 17" tele dial alloys, private GTV reg (T** GTV), just had all its belts, water pump and full service including spark plugs, gear box oil and brake fluid changed from Mclennans in Edinburgh.

In the past year its also had a new radiator, thermostat, and cat fitted.

MOT runs out in November, last MOT only needed adjustment of the handbrake cable.

Washed and waxed regulary.

Grab a bargain of a car in one of the best! if not the best colour combinations.

Cheers

Oh god I hope Mirrin doesn't see this post - there really isn't any more room in our drive for another Alfa.......

on saying that - it is a bargain Andy - such a shame you can't hang on to it - even for a Sunday car my heart goes out to you

Agh. So much of me wants to buy this car!

However, my sensible head gives it a big no due to practicality and the risk of vandals attacking it on my street. My 147 has had some unsavoury treatment and I think a GTV would attract more attention.

Lovely example and I'm positive you will get it sold relatively quickly.

Folks

My GTV will be going up for sale again once i get a minute to do it!

I have just purchased a new car and no longer need the GTV.

It has just had 6 months road tax put on last month!

If anyone is interested then drop me a pm.

Looking for around the 2000 ono mark for a quick sale as it will now be taking up space in the garage!

Cheers

Good luck with the sale Andy, It's a tidy car and I'm sure somebody will snap it up at that price.
So what have you replaced it with?

Another Alfa of course! But newer and smaller and it has a nice triangle shaped badge on the front wheel arches

Correct ! But the car is a year old and it was a private sale. It was advertised on here in the classifieds. White (can't remember the correct colour spelling so won't bother trying) with nice big 18" alloys :0)

Roll on next saturday! Even looking forward to the 8hr drive back to Aberdeen!
