Hi folks, well the weather we have had of late suggests that spring isn't too far away

To help blow off the cobwebs of the winter and to get you all in the mood for the upcoming meets over this year, we are going to have a bacon roll run on Sunday 13 March.

Meeting up at the car park in Banchory (beside the funfair) between 10.15 and 10.30, then we will head up to Raemoir Hotel for butties and coffee/tea. We can all sit around and chat, read the Sunday papers and generally chill. Then, weather/finances permitting, a run in the nearby Aberdeenshire countryside can be arranged on the day.

We hope to see you all at the first AONS official outing of 2011 so go on get your name down so that we can order up sufficient butties for all attending

See you all soon.

Lesley

@ Alfanano

My family are with us that weekend so it might be a bit tricky.

Maybe you'll be glad to get away for some time to yourself

That won't be a problem, we can just sit by the roaring fire at the Raemoir and eat butties and drink coffee and tea instead then

A wee leak from the power steering pump area, just noticed at lunchtime!

So we'll be taking the demo. Hopefully the weather will be a wee bit better too.

Mike, meet you up the Cairn at 10? See the rest of you in Banchory

Good to see everyone again - very pleasant meet (especially the drive through Narnia to get there!)

Here are some pics.

Yes, another successful AONS meet. Was lovely to see you all again and as discussed, these runs are going to become a regular event. Second Sunday of the month at the Raemoir Hotel. Keep an eye out in the AONS lounge and event calendar for the thread with more details.

As you can see, we are a hardy bunch and don't let something like a bit of snow stop us from getting out there!

Look forward to seeing even more members at our April meet

Great meet again folks, nice to see you all. Also happy to see this will now be a "fixture" on the AONS calender. Just a pity it was such a dreich day today though, a wee run would have been nice too.
I'm already looking forward to my full breakfast the next time
