Nope, you dont have to be an AROC member. You are more than welcome to join us.

Also, I only need to know if you are coming along if you are participating. I don't need to know if you are just spectating.

That's good Jackie! I'm considering it but depends on if I have the money and atm I'm suffering from inflamation of the rib cartilage so if that gets better, then I'll be up for it.

Saw a couple of pics of your car almost on 2 wheels mate Loslobos was taking them. He will post them up when he gets a minute no doubt, he had a fair few of my Beast as well.

Have to agree on thanking Jackie and the AROC gang for a great night with no incidents. My 1st with them, but definately not the last

.

Yes another great evening - glad all you guys and gals enjoyed yourselves! Thanks to Loslosbos and RRZ for the excellent pictures - I hope you don't mind if some of them find their way into the next issue of the SAROC magazine .

I sort of kept up my record of breaking something on the car at a track evening. Everything was fine when I left the circuit but 2 miles from home, the centre silencer let go! Luckily I knew this was on the way out and I had order a new from EB last week (next day delivery to darkest Aberdeenshire!!) and now the GTV6 is sporting a lovely shiny centre exhaust section.

If you lowered a GT it'd have to be rock solid. It sits very low as it comes. I always have to make sure the nose doesn't go over kerbs when I'm parking.

The JTDs are about 10mm higher and the V6s are about 10mm lower than the JTS ride height if I recall correctly......from something I read a while ago.

Andys 1.8 QV is maybe just the same as a JTS height and just seems to sit much nicer than the more common JTDs with 17s I see.
