Please welcome AONS youngest member!

Hi Guys,

Our little boy, Gene Mathew, was born on Friday 26th Nov at 11:20am, after a 34hr labour. He's 7lb 15.5oz, and mum and baby came home yesterday afternoon and are doing well.

No rides in the Brera yet, which is stuck in the garage, or the GTV as it's marooned under 2ft of snow on the drive blocking the brera in. However, his first ride was in an italian car, our Panda 1.1 which did a great job jumping over snow drifts into ARI. He's just great, and will soon be an alfisti, as soon as the snow clears!

Cheers, Simon

You should be ok - the roads seem a bit clearer. You probably wont get the full 240 horses through the front wheels though for a while - Ive been struggling with 54!

All the best and congrats from Carol and myself.

Alfisti? With a name like that, won't he be "Firing up the Quattro"?

cheers. Mike

(ps you looked very effective digging-out the snow - plse could you go and do my driveway?)

Good spot Mike, your the first to spot that reference! Suggested Alfie and Romeo, but that didn't really work, thanks to the Beckhams. Always quiet fancied an original Quattro, but dont worry, no modern Audis will be gracing the drive. Should get him out in a proper car tomorrow, now I've dug the drive out!

Hmmm... A chance to buy another Brera!! Have you got a few in stock in Perth, graham? Don't worry, I won't offer the GTV as part exchange!

Sorely tempted, and he could park it up next to mine at future shows! Notice the steel chassis, rather than aluminium, so it doesn't incorporate the 2008 weight saving measures..

Better than that Simon, we have 8C's in stock too! I'll have a word with the parts guys if you like. I don't know if they have a Brera just now, but I'm sure they are just a click away.
Cheers
G
