You wen´t twice from the small brother to the big brother.
I did that to but only once and I´m really happy like this.
1. 147 1.6 120 c.v. ( This was my first car with just 18, It was a really special car for my and did quite an invesment on it to. I Lowered down with eibach suspension, put on exhaust and manifolds, did a full upholstery of the interior, spacers, wheels, etc..... I have really good memories of this car. )
But I had to move on!
2. 147 GTA ( Current ) Then I went for the heavy duty stuff! Loving the lines, that motor and the sensations that give you when you drive it. Up to today I´m also doing quite an invesment on it and still going strong with it.
Modifications:
FM Evolizione front fender, Wizard exhaust, XYZ Suspension, Spacers, steels brake lines, Autodelta carbon intake, and lots more of small details. Things to do: Ferrari throttle body F360, Manifolds + EQ lenght downpipes. Will keep updated!

Alfa 146 1.4 TS one of the best cars I have ever owned. Will love to get another one again. The 1.4 engine is truly brilliant. You all may laugh at it only being a 1.4 but my god what an to go.
Then to me 156 1.6 Ts. It's easier to drive fast than the 146 but for some reason I haven't fell in love with it. In the short time I have owned it, it has gotten 3 different set of interiors lol. It now has a very low mile GTA interior with heated and the leccy seats working. And got the bumpers painted up really lifted the whole car. Buddy of mine is a hobby detailer and we cleaned it amazing how well it came up. It has also a set of BBS LM reps on it which a lot of people hate but I like it. Also has a full ICE install
My first Alfa, which I still have 21 years later. This is how it looks now, originally it had 13" spoked alloys and a large side stripe. I am hoping to get that back this year.
Second Alfa was another Alfasud, a black 3dr 1.5SC with the same alloys as the TI. This was a strange car, in that according to the V5 it had originally been used/registered abroad and although everything about the car was RH drive the boot release lever was on the passenger side of the car. I don't have a picture of the actual car but I have found this:-
Next, after getting fed up being ripped at work about my tatty Suds, I bought a 3 year 33 1.7 Cloverleaf. That shut them all up. Again no picture so It's represented by Brit01's car which is identical:-
Next I had to buy a house so the 33 was part exchanged with my dad for his mk3 Escort to save some money. A few years later I had some spare cash to buy a 1965 Giulia Sprint GT. I liked this so much and hated driving the Escort so sold the Escort and used the Sprint as a daily driver for about 2 years, including Scottish winters. This is a picture taken to sell it about 8 years ago:-
Next came a brand new 147 1.6TS Lusso in 2001, bought on the Internet as a personal import from Europe - a very very long six month wait. Only 2 pictures exist of this, both in the background of pics of the Sprint:-
Next is the 145 Cloverleaf, bought at the local auction a couple of years ago. Should try harder to sell it but I like it:-
Most recent is a 156 GTA Sportwagon. This shot courtesy of Fraser, taken at Linlithgow Palace:-
i changed the alloys, the rear lights and side repeaters, painted the calipers red and put a novitec cat-back exhaust on it. i loved that car and had it for 2 years which is the longest ive ever kept a car for. got it when i was 19 then 2 years later moved onto this.......
proteo 155 2L 16V and I still have it cooped up in a garage
While driving about in my 2L I bought a V6 from a scrap dealer for not much money and I spent approx 18 months slowly putting right, but sadly the engine let go 2 months after getting it back on the road
So replaced with a 33 the day after the engine went in the v6, this was the best alfa I ever owned and sadly it died as a transit van did an emergency stop in front of me and I wasn't quick enough on the brakes and no I wasn't speeding or being silly like I normally am, I was only out to get HP sauce
Then I had a 2L GTV
being silly and stupid down a country lane I stuck it off the side but also could have been diesel on the road as lots of agricultural vehicles drive down this lane during the day.
So now I have my current project which was a 2L GTV TS after blowing it up 3 times is now a 2L 16VT engine from a fiat coupe
