A1 Laguna Seca Race 1 - Rain + no TC = Madness!!!

Just seen race one of the A1GP from Laguna Seca. Soaking wet coniditions, not too far off the Suzuka 94 F1 GP, no traction control and the corkscrew.

Bloody good fun to watch, especially the French and NZ cars

You must be the first person I know to watch A1 GP. It's a very poor attempt at creating a F1 rival. It wont last long.

I've only watched a handful of the races, but at the end of the day a race is a race. If it had been dull I'd have switched off and gone to bed. However, a Laguna Seca race in the rain is always gonna be good TV.

At the end of a winter with no F1, CART or MotoGP a racefan can't be too choosey.
