In 1963 my Mom and Dad honeymooned at the Isle of Man TT and this year, 50 years later, they are returning for a second honeymoon

Only a shortened Suporsport race was run yesterday due to rain before being red flagged, the rest of the races were cancelled. Really tough luck for the organisers again this year

Tonights highlights program cancelled, tomorrows is still scheduled.

Guy had great hopes this year, riding for Tyco, but a death of a team mate (allbeit only for this event) must surely play on your mind.

Yeah I saw it - quality - 133mph lap??? - You never know. The Conner Cummins programme Monday night was good as well.

Operation TT tonight.

I cannot believe it, ten years ago we lost D.J. !

I'll probably cop it for this but I just don't understand the TT. People always die,and it always rains........?

Is it not time to build a top international short circuit on the island?

I'm not sure that'd work, or at least for the many TT, NW200, UGP etc riders who seem to just race on the roads & don't bother competing on the short circuits.

Sadly Fred, there is an element of harsh truth in your first statement there, and the Japanese Rider Yoshinari Matsu****a lost his life there this week, but it IS a classic road race, and its one all Bike Riders would love to compete in, and I agree with David's answer to your second point........

BTW Folks.....

The programme "Operation TT " was brilliant, with an excellent behind the scenes of what goes into getting the race up and running on, and what goes on whilst its actually taking place too. Well worth watching IMHO......
