Especially looking forward to Silverstone, new track for everyone, and my first time to marshal a MotoGP....

Did anyone see the top 5 races of 2009 on Eurosport the other night? Thats a keeper on sky +!

Cant wait for the 2010 season as I prefer MotoGP to pretty much every other form of motorsport, although depending on some news I am waiting for, depends on whether I may be going to every round of the British Superbike championship this year.

Cant wait to see the new Moto2 championship though, thats going to be really interesting. And hopefully, Bradley Smith and Scott Reading can do some damage to the 125cc class

Ahhhhh, I knew I'd find some others of impecable taste on these pages. Being a total fan of all things oily and Italian I'll be continuing to back Stoner, Hayden and anybody on my beloved Aprilias. But I'll settle for another Rossi win as well. Anybody who can ride one of those bikes is deserving of the deepest respect. Even the Pedrobot. He's started to grow on me. Shame he rides one of those devil bikes. I can't begin to tell you how much I despise Honda. Irrational I know, but maybe that's why I love Alfas so much!

I'm also really looking forward to Silverstone. It seems they've gone the extra mile to make the track better for bikes and especially the spectators. Don't get me wrong, I have some very fond memories of Donington, especially McWilliams 2000 podium on the Aprilia 500 ( Just days after the death of Joey Dunlop), but I won't miss the abysmal facilities and frightening traffic management.

Looks like Scott Redding is confirmed in Moto2 for 2010 with the Belgian based Marc VDS racing team.

Same feelings about Donnington, remember the snow for the WSB first race meet I took my wife to; plus plenty of other great times , but the place is always let down by facilities & traffic is just chaos.

Hopefully Scott has a good bike and can run near the front.

Agree with everyones points here,Rossi will be the man to beat again.Bradley has got to lift the 125 title if he's to progress to Motogp in the future, the pressure is on this season.

Donnington is on deaths door unfortunately, only a huge investment of cash will get it put back to how it was,a great track but woefully let down by its infrastructure.Anyone going to Silverstone motogp, pop in and see the Benelli owners,we had a great turnout at the bsb last year

heres to a great season and dont forget first WSB at Philip Island in 5 weeks time

Odyssey, has the new silverstone layout been revealed as yet? I've seen the map on the circuit's own website, but I'm curious as to hoe it looks from a spectators point of view. Apparently computer simulations show the new track to be the longest and fastest on the GP calendar. If they get the flow right it could be a belter of a track.

You have seen as much as anyone will see for now. When we met today, Adrian Addison (RaceSafe chief honcho) and the chaiman of ACU (forget his name) and Penny Norris (Silverstone Marshals chief) told us that we were forbidden to take photos of the work in progress. Anyone found to be taking photos would lose their MSA licence, security has been increased because of the trouble Donnington had during their track work. I have seen the proposed layout, but that may change. The start/finish line grandstand has been demolished, as has the bridge, the circuit will be 3.615 miles, the new arena area has increased run off areas and other areas are being changed to create better spectator viewing. As soon as we are allowed to take photos I will post them on here........

Number 19 goes to Bautista, Spies wanted to keep the same number he had in WSB but he has had to settle for number 11....

Just kidding. I came extremely close to buying a Tornado Tre, but ended up being won over by the 05 Ducati 749 instead.

Forza Ducati! Now that JT has moved back to WSB I have no "back the brit" issues...so I am just gonna lap up the coverage. I agree with the comment about the Eurosport coverage, I love them guys, but in fairness the bird in the leathers on bbc 2 IS GORGEOUS
