Wave Alfa Romeo in the BTCC for 2007???

Hi All,

Competitive Alfa Romeos on the grid would be a nice sight this year. If thats the case, we should organise an AO meet at a circuit mid way up the country.

Snetterton is 'midway up' the country (England) so that sounds like a good place for a meet to me !!!

Re: Btcc 2007

The BTCC people were keen last year to have an Alfa Romeo following at the race meetings, therefore I am sure we will this year. I had better start learning how to put a tent up! I know how to drink though! lol

If you include Scotland then I think Croft would be more mid way.

Oi... you should know better than that!

Regarding overnight, it was a figure of speech. I might be tempted as I have not been in a tent for about 25 years! Plus we would have a right laugh. Any way, right now its an idea only.

I think Eoin Murray is taking part again this season - not sure how many rounds he is competing in (has the sponsorship for).

I agree....if you consider that the sun always shines on the South then clearly Brands must be the centre of the Universe

Re: Alfa Romeo in the BTCC for 2007

More chance of making it a success if its just one! It could be our AGM (Annual Greet + Meet) lol

The other side of things is that I dont have time to organise lots of meets.

Re: Alfa Romeo in the BTCC for 2007

Guys, I am free at virtually all meetings (maybe even Knockhill this year) so I will meet anywhere....I will be planning my mountain biking jaunts soon with the caravan and I usually tie in the BTCC meets where ever I go around the country.
I am already combining the NAD in Shropshire with a week away.
