Alex, bummer m80

Hope all who attended enjoyed the day, bit on the chilly side but I enjoyed meeting everyone and hope we can do it again soon....very soon

As said on the day, the AROC 155 Register will be up and running soon and I'm hoping to have a plot set aside for 155's at Gaydon so that may be the next meeting time.

GREAT turnout, thanks to all for making it happen

Aye.. the nissan is repearable.. just a low speed tap which folded all the foldy things. So, headlights, grill, bonnet, bumper, radiator etc. The Merc 190 didn't even have a scratch! frown

If Kev had only got the power of a twinspark he might have stopped in time.

Gutted I couldn't make it. Spent the day trying to get some oil pressure on the Beemer but I'm eventually getting my 155 sometime on Monday. Will post some pictures and details sometime on Monday.

My brothers 155 is of the road with a leaking clutch hose and slave cylinder so he couldn't get down there either.

aye.. that'd be it.. one the roundabout.. right hand lane. Bummer.

He's still a bit gutted but it's insurance job & the mods were listed so should be no problem really.

On the upside.. seeing all those 155's has motivated me to not only wash the silverstone but to sort it's wishbones & get the Q4 moving. Well worth the trip!

What was happening with the police???? We must have seen over a dozen and they were going around in pairs too eek!

Two of them went past me doing 85mph after undertaking whilst joining a slip road

More than one kind of skid mark was evident

The Police were everywhere on the Sunday too - I thought it was because of a cycle race but they were on the A64 and the A1 as well.

I was 'playing' with a 550 Maranello at the top of the A1 - I think he got pulled because he wasn't paying attention in his mirrors. Fortunately I was....
