Wave GONAD - Great Ooop North Alfa Day

Sunday 15th August is SUMMER ALFA DAY (formerly known as Northern Alfa Day) at Lotherton Hall, just off the A1, above Leeds.

Last edited by RicksAlfas; 02-07-04 at 10:15. Reason: Because Jen came up with a much better name. She doesn't post much, but when she does, it's funny. Unless it's about how great GTVs are, and then it can get a bit dull, but each to their own I suppose

Yeah, it's traditional to then ask people to come Rick.
We could get offended you know.

I think it was going to be Bank Holiday, but was "provisional".
I think it is now nailed down for the 15th.

Hey, where did that come from?
If i can make it i will, i'll probably be more positive after a couple of sessions with my therapist about driving on the M1.
But, and this is purely out of idle curiousity, just for info, it won't be used to influence my decision in any way,...
What do i win????

Re: Summer Alfa Day

An "I Love Yorkshire" tea towel.

And you could come all the way up the A1 if you preferred.
Lots of roundabouts.

Is it just me, or is Summer Alfa Day a bit of a daft name?
Will people call it SAD?
What was wrong with Northern Alfa Day anyway?

Only if all the girls come in those plaid catholic school girl skirts.

We could give them "free entry".

Re: Summer Alfa Day

Apparently that website has been categorized as sexually explicit and I'm not allowed to view it.
I second the motion that lots of women should come in those skirts though. Grrrrr.
