SpaItalia 2009 @ Circuit de Spa Francorchamps, Belgium

Hello everyone... was great to meet a lot of people from here last year (especially our European Alfa-ing cousins etc...) This year it's June 13th and 14th 2009.

Excellent DaXou... you have a 156 GTA too, lovely car!

If you see me walking about on the day (I'll be in a group of Englishmen... we all have Alfa 33s) - don't forget to say "HI"....

Hey guys. Sounds like it would be a great trip. What route are you taking to get there. Also what is the entry fee, procedure once there? Can you just park up at the circuit etc?

Be sure to do some reports of your journey and time there with photos

Hey Jukkha... all the information about the weekend is on SpaItalia. It's held at the world famous Belgian Formula 1 circuit @ SPA Francorchamps.

You park next to the circuit, think it's like €30 a day and then you can go on the circuit for a race or just a leisurely drive round. You can book on the website in advance, or pay on the gate, although track availability is limited to first come first served.

We have a channel crossing on Friday and a villa over there for the week. Are you interesting in coming? There's no space left at the villa, but I'm sure we could meet up for a laugh and some Belgian beer...

Let me know...

Bob

There is two weeks left to Europe's premier Italian Car meeting and only a couple of replies....

People in Alfa Owner are the most boring *******s ever... "Let's join AO... get ripped off by the simple product other sites do for free... spend ALL day just talking about our cars AND NEVER ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING"

Hi, yes the best thing to do is rent a villa between you all.

Very late now though! Good luck... hopefully see you there.

i'am back!

our accommodation was in Camping de l'Eau Rouge, Stavelot, cca 2.4854844miles (4km*) from Circuit de S-F -without problems in last-minute.
*kilometer is a unit of length in the metric system, equal to one thousand metres

spaitalia is very nice event. lots of action unlike e.g. static alfacity in magyar and in S-F circuit is a wonderful background.

i give link www.squadramoravia.com/Francorchamps for our forum at this time, into AO i put some pictures later.

...and some videos from spa:

Wonderful WE

Lots of beautiful cars, lots of fuel vapor, a lot of adrenaline driving my 156 GTA on this mythic F1 track.

I'll be back there next year
