She’s “equally polarising”.

Looks longer and lower (height, not ride) than the last.

Probably a bit small inside. The Qashqai the same.

It looks better than the current one. But the wheels look too small and the arch gaps too big.

I forgot to mention earlier that I thought Happy Man was back when I read the title... New Joke. I suppose it is really.

You have a wheel arch. Ok, get it. You then put some black plastic over that wheel arch to give it that essential rufty-tufty look. Ok, get it. You then put another wheel arch on top of that. Why would you do that?

It’s not for me, but i think it looks ok in that pic.

Let me try to explain what the “flat” around the arch does. It not only eats up the depth of the verticalish bit up to the top surface of the bonnet ; point A to C , lets say.. introducing the point B in the middle means that the surface from B, the top of the flat, to C the bonnet side tilts to be a bit flatter and catches more light.

Ah, ok gotchya - thank you for the explo.

But would it look worse without it? If I look at the rear, it clashes with the fuel filler flap - if that could be nudged up a bit, that would be ace.

You must have a pal you can have a word with 😉

So it's painted in the wrong colour as well?
That dog's dinner is the polar opposite of a 250 GTO in aesthetic pleasure.

The only way that thing could give me pleasure to look at would be the same way as the 2 Minis I saw today; I only smiled because they had bashed into each other.
MalcQV and Paddy OPlastic like this.
