Absolutely and good GT's are not exactly common.
Its only emails they don't answer, I'm unable to phone them as I'm currently in Afghanistan but the things i need to know are important such as does it have both keys plus the advert says it has a limited slip diff which either means its a Q2 or its had the LSD retro fitted - either way I'd like proof as you can't tell just by looking!
I've had this disinterested attitude before from car dealers. I went to look at a Boxter about a year ago. I had cash in my pocket ready to go. The car had a totally flat battery so I couldn't see the roof work, start the engine or even open the bonnets (or shut the doors once I'd got them open!!). I asked them if I bought it now when could I take it away - the answer was "about ten days once its been through the workshop"!! They'd also put a private plate on it to make it look more desirable (which wasn't included in the sale and which also wasn't shown in the photos in the Autotrader advert).
