Real bad tyre wear

No not on my Alfa Romeo! I was talking with my brother over the weekend about tyre wear, the subject came up because he spoke of needing new tyres on his wifes car, a Merc SLK 200 komp. The rear tyres need replacing at 10K miles! Thats nothing he said, his Volvo V70 2.4 D5 eats front tyres every 6 - 8K! He is not surprised at the tyre wear on his car, this is just another in a long line of Volvos. Neither he nor my SIL are sporty drivers, in fact the Volvo does most of its miles trundling up and down motorways.

So stop complaining of tyre wear on the front of 159's.

Someone said to me, "so whats so special about an Alfa Romeo then?" I told him, "If you have to ask, you wont understand".

Giulia Super Lusso 2.0MA, wife drives 939 Spider 2.2, plus Abarth 595 and there is a 1972 Spider 2000 S2 in the garage for fun days.
