Windows ...vents ... just me?

Anyone else have to have the windows down the the same height each side? I can't be having that one window up and one window down malarkey

Anyone else have to have the vents pointing in the right direction?

Bit of a problem with most Alfa's since the number plate to one side doesn't make it uniform ;-)

I think you've all got a touch of OCD

Only drivers side window open, I never turn on air con except for ten minutes once a month to keep it running smooth.

I find that if I open both front windows even a couple of inches, I get a buffeting on the rear screen at speeds above 50mph. I don't get the same scenario with just the drivers side open.

Omg that is weird, i do exactly the same for the same reason. I usually put all 4 down even in winter and put the heater on my hands.

Try it, its nice.

I've got a simpler solution - just buy a McLaren F1...

Or this, which was built by someone I worked with when I was at the OS: Bill Carter Topcat (1991):

When I got my 33 P4 that caused me all sorts of problems. It has 3 vents in the central dash. One left, one right.... the middle one didn't look right pointing "up" or down... In the end it had to point right and I got used to it...

He was (is?) a hell of an amateur engineer. All the work was done in his spare time. Top Cat had six twin-choke weber carbs on its V12 Jag engine and chain drive to the rear end on a custom-made chassis. The canopy is from an RAF Tornado that he blagged from the MOD apparently!

No, not at all. Have one up and one down or half way or any old position. She quite often leaves hers up so her hair does not get messed up. I have no hair (or not much) and the A/C is broke
