Cambelt Kits.............

Hi All,

I don't know if this is any use to anyone or if they are worth buying.......

........... Was mooching around on ebay and came a cross this company, supposedly selling the kits cheap ?????

GENUINE ALFA CAMBELT KIT 147 156 TWIN SPARK on eBay, also, Alfa Romeo, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 16-Jun-08 14:25:50 BST)

That not a bad price. I think Alfashop do them for a similar amount though.

I found Buypartsby cheapest for non genuine (Contitech) kits though (£50) and the actual tensioners are exactly the same as the Alfa ones.

Just out of interest who makes the genuine Alfa belts?

it used to be GATES, allthough i have seen other varients... (the 2 genuine belts ive ordered for my V6's have gates written on them along with Alfa Romeo)

I only run Gates belts, but then iam a fussy get

Gates supply the original belts for the V6 24v
dayco are the only company to manufacture double ribbed balace shaft belts and used to supply all T/S cambelts however I think that may have changed

I read the title as Campbell kilts and was hoping for pics of hairy legged scotsmen.
