Another Cadamura Grill Thread!

Chaps, i've run out of options for the 156 2001 Cadamuro Grill.

Does anyone know if anywhere still stocks them?

Many thanks.

Alfisti have them on their website if this is the right one

Alfa Romeo Shop - Tuning, Styling, Fanartikel und Modellautos - Alfa 156 Cadamuro Frontmaske - Scudetto Cadamuro Alfa Scudetto 21910

There are normally a few on German ebay and I even had 2nd chance for one on UK ebay last year but decided I didnt like them after all.

why would u want to ruin your alfa by sticking Cadamuro rubbish on it?

I hope i'm not the only one who thinks that their designs are crap looking.

Don't feel as strong as you seem to about it ... but no, I'm not that keen on it.

I agree, they look awful.

A 156 with a Barry Manilow style nose? No thanks...

I had one and sold it to Ayat. I saw one fitted and it looked bad IMO, but it was badly fitted. Ayat has done a good job,

I personally prefer the original look. The scallops round the shield are a key design feature of the 156 and that grille (almost) hides them.

Cheers,

Nigel

Oh God thats dreadful!
Why would you spend money to end up with a car that looked like that?

EDIT: I am only hating the grille - the rest of the car looks...........ok

Love Ayats car but dont like the Cadamura grill. I like modified cars but have always thought Cadamura could have done a much better design and it looks like a grill designed for another car made to fit

But also it can depend on the colour of car as to the final outcome, personally I think painting my grill black made a quite dramatic difference without costing anything

I agree with Pascs, the car looks great, but the grille spoils it a bit.

One of the 156's best features is its grille, I wouldn't mess with it.

Does nothing but reduce the identity of the car, IMO. Might as well put tights or a balaclava over it.

guess im a minority lol, each to their own i guess. i think it will look a lot better in real life, and if it does look wrong its easy to change back, only the grill, and i'll flog it on e-bay.

I think the car in the picture looks great, the grill i guess is a contentious issue with a lot of people, personally i think it makes the car look more aggressive and modernizes the front to look more like the current line up of Alfas.
I guess what im trying to say is everyone has their opinion on wether to alter the looks of what is already a beautiful looking car, i say its your choice and if you want to do it, do it.

anything that makes it look more like the facelift 156 is a good move in my opinion
