Yellow Alfas!

Why doesn't Alfa offer any cars in yellow? I thought it was the colour of Modena and yet only Lamborghini and Ferrari offer the colour? Maybe I answered my own question but it does seem odd that there are no Fiat/Alfa options?

Well , the 4C was offered and looked very well in Yellow...maybe they reserve it these days for the premium models and the new GTV may offer it...

I have seen a few Mito's in yellow. Doesn't look appealing.

However the 4C in Yellow is stunning.

Alfa history was mainly Milanese, not Modenese?
Yellow flattens the form of a car as the tonal range is lessened, less flattering.

Alfa 159 1.9 JTS

I'd guess yellow only really works on extremely sporty cars in terms of design or convertibles - other than the 4C and 8C competizione it was indeed offered on the 916 spider and GTV, even the duetto had it IIRC, yet they never had stuff like the Alfetta, 90, 75, 164, 156 or 166 in yellow. It *might* sometimes work on a small "cheap & cheerful" car like the Panda or even the MiTo.

If yellow cars were all the rage, Alfa would offer them.

No "yellow" option suggests that it's just not popular enough... although Fiat did sell a shed-load of Cinquecento Sportings in Broom Yellow...

Why bother offering yellow, red, blue, etc, etc, when all the sheeple want is grey?

Great colour for an Alfa. If I was getting a 4C Spider I'd have no other colour.
Always had a soft spot for a 916 Spider in Zoe Yellow.

Agree it's best reserved for cars of a sporting nature, or niche models. Mito isn't a good example IMHO.
I think a Brera would look exceptionally good in yellow.
