Wilsons of Romford

Well yesterday morning I rang them for a quote on a couple of parts...

"No problem sir, I will call you later in the day as we are busy working on a customers car(or something to that effect)"

Fair enough I thought. I did say I needed the parts urgently...

It's now 5PM of the following day.......

In the meantime I rang clovertech in Dagenham this morning. They have the part in stock and it's £30... Now that's service.

Typical more like. I've experienced exactly the same with Allams of Epsom.

What worries me is that Wilsons are new and have only had the Alfa business for a few months.

The sales guys are nice though.

Well I must say Alexanders of Teesside ordered me a nice Q2 badge, said it'd be a few days and it was, they rang me as soon as they got it in and I drove down and picked it up. The guy on parts was a good fella and the salesman Rob was very interested in the car and seemed to have a genuine love for the marque
