Scottish ALFA garage recommendations??

Can anyone recommend a good alfa garage in or near glasgow??
I have GTV CUP number 40 and it has 41000 on the clock. My local alfa dealers recommend i change my timing belt and variator during my next service, which is due now(60000 mile service). They quoted me 400 for the lot and that is with a discount because they know me and the car. Does that sound like a good price??? Or should i source an independant alfa specialist?? Any help appreciated.
Cheers.

I'll second that independant recommendation. Stuart knows his Alfa's inside out and his price will include everything that should be replaced (not just the belt).

If you want a main dealer to do it, it would be worth a trip to Western Alfa in Edinburgh, Ronnie knows his Alfa's inside out as well.
