Thumbs Up ipod

After faffing around with leads from Blaupunkt!?!, rubbish fm things and unsucessfully bidding on ebay for dension leads I finally ordered the real thing from alfa on Monday. It arrived on wed and i fitted it today. Meant drilling a hole in the glove box tho, very scary. works really well with 9 playlists and 99 track on each playlist. mix feature does what it says and sound quality is awesome.

Highly recomended!

Re: ipod

Did you order on-line or from a dealer? 2/3 day delivery is pretty good.

If you don't mind me asking, how much?

Cheers.

Re: ipod

If youre doing this on a 147 or GT and dont want to drill a hole, remove the top 3 screws holding the glove compartment and lever it down.

You should be able to pass the plug through the hole for catch in the top of the box.

It pops back into place and doesnt foul the lid closing.

Re: ipod

The interface box on mine sits above the glove box, the ipod on the upper left on the shelf.
