Ha ha ha ha..........

On my marathon 2 hour drive home of 3 miles today, I encountered a rather large puddle on my usual route home under 3 bridges (Crawley). I decided to avoid this puddle much to the annoyance of every other driver, many horns and flashing lights in my direction......................................... ......

when I finally got home I decided to take a wander down there.

Avoiding it was a good idea, I like my engine in one piece............

The drivers were still in the BMW and Merc (Ze germans dont like water?), probably didn't want to get their feet wet. The BMW driver looked particularly annoyed as I proceeded to take pictures, revelling in his stupidness.

Re: Ha ha ha ha..........

Its not nice to laugh at others mis-fortune, but some people bring it on themseves! Just another case of bmw and merc drivers thinking there better than everyone else. You can just imagin what went through there head before they started through lake placid," I can get through that, im driving a BMW"

Hmm, I'd never even think about driving through that. When I had my 156 it rained quite badly around here for a bit and I used to take a massive detour around even half foot high puddles, just in case.

Re: Ha ha ha ha..........

...although on the other hand there may be Alfas underwater tonight in some parts of the UK through no fault of their owners'. I hope nobody on here is affected but I offer sympathy if so.

Sobering thought that, the nation could do with a few less BMWs, not so Alfas!
