The car of tomorrow. (Or old news for Alfa owners?)

This is a nice film by the largest newspaper in Norway, published a few hours ago. It’s about The Future Car! The reporter is covering the CES 2008 exhibit and he’s telling about the future car. The introduction is in Norwegian only for the first 17 seconds, and then it swaps to English so you can follow this. The ingress in the article is translated “Microsoft has huge plans for your car, now they starting with solutions for the car of tomorrow.”

Well, we Alfa (and Fiat) owners have had this for a while. If you don’t have Blue & Me; this is a nice introduction to the system. For all of you who got it; it’s old news, but fun to watch anyway.

Well, I have chatted with my Alfa since December 2007. It currently doesn’t understand Norwegian, but my English with a strange accent is going through as it was a button on the CD player. Working smoothly! I really recommend it.

Maybe I should invite Mr. Unanue-Zahl (the reporter) on an Alfa tour so he can test it live.

See the film at VG Nett - Teknologi

OK, they just removed the video away from the main article. You have to press the little image just below the big image to start the streaming. Or you might just use this link to jump right to it VGTV - Forbruker - Se den smarte bilen fra Microsoft og Ford.
