Gosh A very good price if the condition is right (cambelts, idlers etc). It has cloth seats and manual hood.

Nice car in a good colour. However, having looked at dozens of these cars before settling on an earlier S4 Spider, there are a number of things to look out for.

First of all, this car has cloth, which generally means it'll be harder to sell when the time comes. Rear suspension is also weak and tends to wear from 40k upwards - make sure this has been done, preferably with poly-bushes. Cambelts and tensioners are a must at 40k. If these haven't been done yet, steer clear or negotiate the cost off the asking price. Make sure everything works, check the hood frame to make sure its all lubed properly and also check the hood for stretching/tears etc. They ain't cheap.

Price is about bang on but if none of the above jobs have been done, knock another £750 off and it'll be about right.
