Modifications - the no taste brigade!

Hope these haven't been posted before, apologies if they have but I couldn't see them

What are they thinking about!

The first one is just stupid, but the second one? (you need to scroll down the topic) Crying shame!

Give these boys a job designing in Korea. Should keep cheap wannabe cars out of the stylish premium market for a while.

First one is just
The second one, if you look past the choice in cars,
that guy has some serious skills...
I agree that it shouldn't be done to the Alfa,
but if you take the trouble of going through some of the pages in that topic, to look at the evolution, it's just
I don't like the style and could care less for tuning, but talent is talent.

Re: Modifications - the no taste brigade!

I'd laugh at the Daewoo if it drove past me, but in a "I'm laughing with you" kind of way, not "I'm laughing at you".

I agree with you, he has talent but it is definitely misdirected.

To him though, it wasn't an Alfa, just a blank canvas.

Re: Modifications - the no taste brigade!

I'm off out with a hammer and a saw right now to make my Alfa like a Daewoo right now in preference to attending the NE monthly meet.

Re: Modifications - the no taste brigade!

Why do people spend so much money on ruining perfectly good cars?

I don't mind a little mod here or there but those cars are poo.

Re: Modifications - the no taste brigade!

Each to their own I s'pose. Rather that than have 'em out mugging old ladies

I like a well modded car, and even the badly done one's show that the owner at least has an interest in their car, and is probably more likely to look after it. Unlike grandad in his Rover driving at 50mph on the motorway.....

The 146 guy has some definite skill, but definitely no taste. =|
Even this 147 looks better:
