156 Cam belt, Fan belt, Timing belt

I have a 156 1.6 year 1998. The car was imported into St Petersburg, Russia from Belgium. The car is in good condition with 156,000 kilometres on the clock. There are no problems, and I drive very little BUT I have been reading the forums and I see that the consensus is to replace the cam belt sooner rather than later. Can I please ask:

1: I have to order the belt from the UK (at shop4parts). What else should I be ordering to go with it? Pulleys? tensioners?

2: Should I order a fan belt as well while I'm at it? I think I hear a telltale sound when I start the engine... nothing major but a hint that it might be going.

3: Should I order a timing belt?

I have a good mechanic here, but there is no Alfa dealer in St P, so I am very dependent on the advice of alfisti.

try www.alfaworkshop.co.uk, they sell cambelt and balancer belt kits. I'd go for those along with a variator plus aux belt and maybe aux belt tensioner if you think it is making a noise. Make sure your mechanic has the cam lock's else get some of those too...

Thanks! I appreciate the advice. I am going to order all of the parts from the UK. AlfaWorkshop has a series of diagram photos showing how to change the belt, which I will show to my mechanic.
