V6 engine block rebuild. Need help...

Hi there,
Started to assemble V6 (3.2) block and stopped pretty soon.
At the end of crankshaft in the block there goes some silicone. When dissassembled they were like silicone pins. Are these aviable somewere or i have to use engine silicone (loctite or similar) and fill those holes with it?

stripped to 100k engine this week neither was leaking from the seal.. one from the sump and the rear crank seal but that rear main seal seems good

RTV or similar are fine..
