156 jtd 1.9 16v....non starter

Hi, can anyone tell me what the signal should be from the ECU to the immob module to say all is ok and can start the car please..? and which pins/wire colours to test from/to..?
Immob light won`t go out so car not starting...BUT..can get it started by feeding power down the fuse to the immob box....? So thinking its an ECU issue..not giving the immob box it`s `go` signal..?
Trying to get around e-learn is a complete mission..!!! Not a very user-friendly piece of software i`m afraid.....
Trying to find the wiring diagram for the engine ecu so i can follow the paths of wires for testing.........2004 156 1.9jtd ,16v ,150hp, engine code 937A5.000....
Autodata are crap....
Tolerance is good but doesn`t list this models ECU......

Does your engine management light come on with ignition at all ?

If not I'd start with checking the relays in front of the battery in first instance
