JTDm - Faulty Injector?

Hi all,

Reposted from 147/156/GT forum - thought this might be a more appropriate location.

I've had my '07 GT JTDm for 4 years, but it seems to run quite rough sometimes - especially at idle.

With the aim of doing some DIY investigation, I got myself a wifi OBD dongle and a copy of Fiat ECU Scan / Multiecuscan. Having connected it all up, I found that there were no ECU error codes listed, but that the injectors seemed weird in 2 ways:

1. In theattached graph, Cylinder 2 seems to have a bigger correction value than the others. Plus this moves in the opposite direction to the others when revved to 1830 and then 2000 rpm.

2. The 9-digit injector codes recorded in the ECU are totally different from the codes on the actual injectors. None of them match at all!

Now I'm new to engine technology, so I can't work out whether I have:

1. Two issues
2. Or just one
3. Or whether they might be related?

Can anyone help please?

Firstly you will need to enter the injector codes into the ecu and then re do the test to see what the correction values are

I cannot read the graph but the correction values on all 4 should be similar tolerances
Hope this helps
