cambelt cover

when i removed my cambelt cover (plastic cover) in between the 2 main vernier pulleys there was a fix point that had oil in it does this leak oil if cover is not on or what ? its where the upper most allen key nut goes into the side of cambelt cover on 1.8 16v any replies appreciated

my cover seems diff from that jb but its the very top hole in the centre its a bit of
worry having oil comming out so i pulled the bolt out of the casing and re fitted it until ive got the aux drive belt tensioner done. v noisey dont wanna do a henry thanks jb wink

you had me worried there as i did give it a good tug to get it off but mine splits at bottom and not full circle wink
