Brera 3.2 Intake Manifold Removal

Hi,

Help!!

In the midst of removing the intake manifold on my 06 Brera 3.2 but I've come against a problem. There seems to be a metal water pipe attached to a bracket under the left hand side of the manifold (as I look at it). It seems to disappear down the back of the engine somewhere.

The bracket to which it is welded seems to be part of the manifold itself.

Question is, how do I remove the manifold without bending this pipe?

Who would have thought getting to a spark plug could be so difficult!!!

Any help gratefully received!

Found another bolt holding that bracket on - top left of the manifold itself. Bit of a sod to get out, but when you do it's easy to remove the whole manifold.
