159 1.9 JTDM cold start problem / injectors

Hi, having problems starting the car when cold, it cranks very long and sometimes you have to crank it few times to start it. All 4 heater plugs work. It knocks (sound like injector knock) until it warms up. I did a injectors correction test with MES and on some injectors correction was near +-3, even when warm. Injectors where than bench tested in Bosch service and they said injectors are ok Here are the Bosch testing data but i don't know how to read them so any help would be great. I'll post MES graphs later...

I've found a similar problem...check your battery and plugs. I had one plug on the way out but the other 3 were fine which made for poor starting. When turning the engine over a drop in voltage on the battery can be enough to prevent it actually firing up.

+1 for battery change/check.

Worth letting glowplug light go out, turn off ignition, turn on until glowplug light goes out and start. Worked well for me..... until I fitted a new battery. My Alfa original battery had done 7 years service so fair enough, it was time it was changed

I would do a leak back test.
I'm betting an injector is leaking
