1.9JTD Injector replacement

Ok, I'm probably trying to be too smart here - I've got the chance of a set of 2.4 JTD injectors and I was gonna get them as a temporary replacement, whilst I have mine refurbed.

I've seen some decent posts on injectors and specs, but short of buying them and trying them out I'm still no further forward.

my current set are Bosch 0445 110 111 and the set I'm looking at are 0445 110 119.

the only obvious differences are that my set have the injector inlet angled up about 20 deg, whereas the other set are perpendicular to the injector - so I may need the connecting pipes as well.

any ideas?

Wont the injector specialists, sell you refurbed injectors with a surcharge thats refundable when you send them your old injectors back?
If you want a second set buy same number?
There will be other cars with same injectors .

Also possibility of same fitting angle etc but different number

Alfa Romeo 147 Common Rail Diesel Injector
For example if your a 1.9 jtd 16v have a look at something like 0445110243 etc and also look for cdti injectors as usually more listed
Probably safer as should be same spray angle etc and similar delivery quantity which means less chance of melting pistons.
Im sure autolusso or similar could advise over phone suitable alternatives.

looks like number is different zerek10s and zerek20s nozzle difference also.
probably closer than those 2.4 inj though(unless you go for 2.4 20v injs same as yours)

that's some fantastic info - but the 2nd attachment has a different injector ref - could you by any chance find the same info for the 0445 110 119?

not sure what you mean the flow characteristics chart at the bottom ?
it has all 3 cut and pasted together 111, 243, 119 as you can see the 119 is far from near the 111 in flow rates as well as the fitting issue.
edit many appologies have just seen the error 019 instead of 119
