GTV t spark runs fine cold, cuts out warm. What next?

Ok so, when I bought my gtv, it ran cold, diagnosed the thermostat as the problem so changed it. Now that the car reaches normal operating temperature (between 80 and 90 degrees), it begins revving up and down and eventually dies, and will die when driving every time you clutch in.

I have eliminated the air leaks in the intake system, replaced the maf (which was causing a flat spot), changed the temp sensor and tried resetting the ecu as per the instructions elsewhere on the site.

The car is a 2000 reg, and doesnt have the idle actuator that can be cured with a whack from a screwdriver.

The car ran fine when cold, and this issue has only surfaced since getting the thermostat replaced with a working one.

Heres a video of the car revving and dying...

First clean out your throttlebody with some brakecleaner and a cloth.
Then reset your idle actuator, it is the black thing on the back of your throttlebody.
Battery cable of for 10 min then back on.
Ingnition on leave it for 90 sec then 90 sec off dont touch your pedals doing this.
Then start your engine the normal way dont touch anything and let it warm up until fan kicks in.

Good luck!
Regards,
Tim
