Clutch change 156 jtd 1.9 mjet Manual or Procedure Copy

Hi all,
this is the first time i have used this forum so hoping someone might be able to help? i have a 156 sportswagon 1.9jtd mjet with a slipping clutch. Has anyone got a Manual or Procedure Copy that i could use along with any useful tips as i am going to attempt this job myself.

You may want consider a solid fly wheel, i think valeo have produced one but you may have to do a little research to get one...

There has been a lot of differant opinions on this forum about solid flywheels on diesel cars.some say yes its the way to go others say know way .My Gt diesel needs a new clutch I have spoke to two people who have worked on Alfas for a lot years both said dont do it .I guess you need to do some research on the subject
