JTD 16v Injectors removal

Hi,
I have just removed and reffitted the injectors to my jtd 16v due as 3 & 4 were blowing.
First start up was a bit awkward, but all seemed fine, no sign of leakage, erratic idle, that was there previousley had gone and engine was a lot quieter. Only problem was engine light had come on and car will now not rev over about 3500 rpm. I ensured all the injectors went back in the same place. Am i missing something, does the fuel system need bleeding? do i have to do a ecu reset? On road test it felt as if the car had gone into limp home mode.
Any thoughts, Thanks

If you had injectors unplugged while ign on at all id think thats enough to put up a code n go into limp.
Try 3 clear restarts see if it clears, if you have no code reader to clear disconnect battery maybe to clear(if your confident thats whats thrown up code)
Injectors are self bleeding with a few turns of ignition should be enough to bleed through and prime.
