To low air quantity

Hello everybody, I need some help with my Alfa. It doesnt behave like it used to do, worse fuel economy and power. When testing it with multiecuscan, the actual air quantity is much lower than desired under load (1100 mg/i - 1400 mg/i at best, but often worse, depend on load, revs etc) Air filter new, turbo ok, hoses ok, removed the second cat. Is these figures normal maybe?

1100 is normal number for 2000-2500rpm rev range. You can get short spikes of boost which raise the airflow instantaneously up to 1400. But in higher revs 4000rpm+ you can expect around 900-950

Ok, so the desired values are a little too optimistic?
