Hi mate, i have a P1 Alloy Top 2lt twinspark 96K miles from a 1997 GTV. The reason why the car was scrapped was a failed steering rack. The problem is ........ you are in Sweden and im in the UK.

No its belt, the same as P2 apart from 5 less bhp and an alloy top instead of a plastic top. The Alloy Top 2.0TS 16v is widely agreed to be the best 2ltr engine Alfa made.

I havn't a clue what shipping would be from the UK to yourself in Sweden? I would guess it wouldn't be cheap as last christmas i sent a small part to a fellow AO.com from Sweden and the postage was not cheap infact it was amazingly expensive. If your breaker/junkyard is local to you i reckon he's your best bet.

Member car:

GTV, RCZ, KTM

Shipping an engine overseas sounds very expensive, best stick to local junkers.
