rebuilt or replace?

my kind father has offered to rebuild my engine and replace cambelt (im thinking replace)

what special tools do i need......does he need?

found this website and very cheap, has anyone used them?

Check ebay for ribe bits, especially the long ones for accessing some of the sump bolts. The ones on totallyalfa seem over priced (you need 7mm and 8mm ribe bits 150mm long)
You can get a full set of various length ribe bits for about £50 on ebay, just the head and sump bits on totallyalfa are £37

The other tools are well priced though
