Autodelta 2.5 V6 intake Mod Opinions?

Does anyone have any opinions/experience of this sport carbon fibre intake

Autodelta Shop

Any good? Worth the money? Does it really increase BHP by 5-6 and increase torque as stated?

It's already a V6 so it's not the GTA intake swap that's needed ... that's for the TSpark.

Having said that you could swap out the intake for the GTA one, but it won't make a vast difference and you can't see it anyway .. it's in the inner wing behind the headlight.

What you are probably looking at is the very expensive carbon fibre effect pipe that runs from the throttle body to the airfilter .. probably looks pretty but not sure it is worth it ...

So in your opinion just fit a good air filter and achieve the same effect? Not too bothered by how it looks just want the engine to breathe easily

The 2.5 V6 intake to the airbox is better than the Twin spark one, but the GTA one is better again. The V6 one narrows down in the middle a bit, the GTA is bigger bore and more consistent.

As for that carbon pipe, I had one on my 3 litre and it looked great. I got it 2nd hand for about £40. Wouldn't dream of paying full price for one. You can cut the resonator off your original pipe and get the hole plastic-welded for the same effect for a lot less outlay.
