Refilling the screen wash tank????

Can anyone tell me how to refill the screen wash tank on the Alfa GT.

Is it really the hose that's hidden away and almost impossible to get to???

Do I need to use a funnel cos there's no way I can refill it straight from the bottle.

Just sold GT, so can't check whether it's on the right or left (left I think!), but in the engine bay, look for a plastic spout with a little BLUE cap on it right up against the inner side of the front wing mid way down, next to the engine. Prise that off and bobs your uncle. It is a little narrow but, with a steady hand, you should be able to fill it without a funnel.

And oh - DONT forget to pour plenty of screen wash fluid in there to help stop it freezing in this weather...!!

I'm guessing on the GT its in the same place as the 147. On the 147 its tucked up under the drivers front wing with a small blue cap. Using a funnel makes filling it up a lot easier otherwise you end up spilling quite a bit!

I've found it!! Thank you! And definitely easier to use a funnel.

I've had my GT for 6 months now and I really love it, fantastic to drive. Very glad I bought it

Did you get a manual with the car? If not, there are often a few knocking about on Ebay at vastly reduced prices to those quoted by the dealers.

Assuming it's a used vehicle and, dependant on mileage, don't take any chances with the cambelt either, particularly if you've got a petrol version. Do you know if and when it was changed?
