timing belt 147 2.0

Done almost 44k miles and was in at dealer and asked about 48 k service
i can get it done by one of the mechs on the side and was wondering what all i should have done
he reckons that if the variator isn't making a noise then leave it
reckons i should change toothed belt ,tensioner another belt and a part for that as well (can't remember what it is called though)
does this all sound ok ?
he also said the recall for the variator solenoid might onlt be the 2.0 selespeed but is checking for me

Camshaft belt
Camshaft belt tensioner
counterbalance shaft belt
counterbalance shaft belt tensioner

It is almost worth changing the variator too because you would need to change most of the above to change it at a later date...
