Main bearing cap..... torque?

Just want to get things right. New crank thrust bearing going in today but I want to check on one thing. Main bearing caps.

In my advice from Smaky, he said tighten caps to 60 Nm.
The only place I can see a figure anywhere else is an old online PDF which points to 119 Nm which sounds excessive.

Looked for a few other marques and they are nearer Smaky's figure.

Anyone like to say based on a bit of experience what torque figure I should use?

That data I have to hand...156 2.0 1997 to 2001, engine code 323.01

2-stage sequence

1st stage 48-60Nm
2nd stage 96-119Nm

Later version shows what Niall says - 24 to 26Nm stage 1 then another 100 degrees of rotation.

Neither call for new bolts.
