156 V6 Clutch Change

Hi going to change the clutch my self, have manged to locate one for £107 + vat www.clutch-specialists.co.uk.I right in thinking I have to remove the sub frame to remove the gearbox and is it worth it changing the anti roll bar at the same time.

I have been quoted from (£650 -£1200) from various sources

£550 inc VAT - we can fit either a 2.5 V6 clutch or a 3.2 GTA clutch for that price - the GTA one should last longer. Both genuine Valeo items.

Clutches

I would say its worth replacing the front anti-roll bar bushes with Powerflex ones, then you'll never need to touch it again

When I had my engine replaced I was recommended a GTA clutch as a replacement. No idea about the flywheel sorry.

An Alfa 156 2.5 V6 will have a solid flywheel, so no dual mass
