Help Low revs, stumble/misfire jtd

Hi guys, it feels like I've got a misfire or something at low revs or crusing at lower revs.

It started after a new MAF, I've had a new EGR etc... So I dont think it's that.

I've found it hapens more if I'm at about 1800 rpm, press throttle, then lift off lightly and the back on lightly, it will feel like it skips a beat, pulls fine across all rev range and when underload.

Another symptom, was that it made a rattle, longer stuttering until above 2k, nothing massive, but it's there.

Any thougts, could it be injectors or related to the new MAF?

Edit: Going to try some Forte diesel treatment tomoz and go from there.
