What tension should the idler belt be?

As some of you may have read I bought a spider a few weeks back and have been fixing her up for her MOT. Did teh belts last weekend but with broken plug in the cylinder head my attentions have been taken up by that. The cambelt is on and tensioned correctly. Ran it up and pointer sits on the hole bang on! The balance belt is on too. All lined up correctly but is it tensioned right? I'm guessing the little point should be by the groove on the tensioner? I also did the 90 degree check on the longest side of the belt which seems fine but wanted to check to make sure.

Sounds about right.

The balance belt doesn't have a great deal of work to do, so isn't as critical as the main timing belt. Just change it at the same interval and it'll be fine.
