Idea Random thought... Difference between standard 3.2 V6 and 3.2 GTA V6

Hey all...
Was just wondering what the difference is between the two engines.

What makes the GTA more powerfull if they are still both 3.2 l

thought they were the same power too

hope you not trying to compare the Busso V6 to the GM blocked, Alfa headed V6 in the 159 and Brera and Spider, completley different engines

Ah I see , interesting .
So if someone wanted the power of the GTA from the standard V6 , they could just get it remapped instead of changing the whole engine

oh yes its that simple few quid lighter for the privalidge, but youd probably end up with more power too. but as i said above, which v6's you looking at?

If you mean the 3.2 in the GT and 166, then I believe that is down to mapping alone.
If you mean the 3.2 in the 159, Brera and Spider, they are different engines and have more power already
